Canelo Álvarez and Terence Crawford Make Weight: Clash of Titans in Las Vegas!

Las Vegas is gearing up for an epic night of boxing. Canelo Álvarez and Terence Crawford completed the official weigh-in prior to their highly anticipated match at Allegiant Stadium, where the undisputed super middleweight champion, Canelo, will defend his title against the former undisputed champion in two divisions, Crawford.

Both boxers weighed in at 167.5 pounds, proving they are ready for battle.

This weigh-in represents a personal record for Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs), who is moving up from 154 pounds to challenge Canelo at 168 pounds. If Crawford achieves victory, he would become the first male boxer to be undisputed champion in three weight categories in the four-belt era.

In his most recent fight, Crawford weighed 153.4 pounds against Israil Madrimov in August 2024.

Canelo (63-2-2, 39 KOs) has competed at 168 pounds in ten of his last eleven fights. His previous highest weight was 174.4 pounds, recorded in his May 2022 fight against Dmitry Bivol.

Currently, Crawford and Canelo are ranked third and eighth, respectively, on the pound-for-pound list.
