Clash in Paris: Rollins, Lynch, and The Wyatt Sicks Retain Titles in an Exciting Event
The Clash in Paris event, held at the Paris La Défense Arena, kept the excitement at its peak with three WWE championships on the line. However, Sunday afternoon’s event did not see any changes of hands regarding the main titles.
The stellar event featured Seth Rollins defending his World Heavyweight Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match against LA Knight, CM Punk, and Jey Uso. Despite the absence of his ally, Paul Heyman, and of Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, Rollins achieved victory with the help of his wife, Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, thus ensuring the title retention.
Previously at the event, Becky Lynch also successfully defended her title against Nikki Bella. The tag team champions, The Wyatt Sicks, also managed to retain their belts by defeating The Street Profits.
In addition to the title defenses, John Cena secured a victory over Logan Paul at their latest premium live event in Europe. Roman Reigns prevailed over Reed in a singles match.
