Simons scored 10 goals in the Bundesliga last season and provided seven assists in 25 matches, but only signed a contract until 2027, so Leipzig is looking to make a profit on any transfer. Chelsea is willing to offer around 60 million euros to sign him, while Bayern sees him as the perfect replacement for Kingsley Coman, who went to Al Nassr of Saudi Arabia. Manchester City also has him on their list if Savinho goes to Tottenham. Simons would be Chelsea’s ninth signing this summer, having already spent more than 250 million euros on players like João Pedro, Jamie Gittens and Jorrel Hato. Also, sources close to the “Blues” have revealed that they are monitoring Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho.
