Portrush, Northern Ireland – Scottie Scheffler, current world number one, had a promising start at the Open Championship despite facing considerable challenges on the Royal Portrush course. Scheffler, known for his exceptional skill, demonstrated his ability to overcome difficulties, achieving an impressive round of 3 under par, with a score of 68, despite not performing well off the tee.
