With the firm purpose of fostering a culture of prevention and improving the quality of life of its workforce, ARS Reservas held its second Health Fair in the city of Santo Domingo. This event, designed exclusively for employees and their families, has established itself as a key space for the early detection of risks and comprehensive wellness care.
The event allowed attendees to access various medical evaluations and educational activities, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to preventive health.
A preventive and human approach
The executive vice president of ARS Reservas, Martín Gabirondo, highlighted that the initiative seeks to go beyond traditional care. According to the executive, the goal is to support employees before medical complications arise, promoting healthy habits and constant monitoring.
We must always be ahead of diseases. Those are the mechanisms that must always accompany and be by the collaborator’s side, before the disease appears, in order to then start making decisions.

Healthcare transformation
Gabirondo emphasized that the institution is in a process of transformation, where the goal is to educate and support its members through the use of technological tools. The vision of ARS Reservas is to go beyond the conventional model, in which the insurer’s responsibility began only when the patient presented an ailment.
This fair is a clear demonstration of how the entity integrates technology and prevention into its corporate strategy, seeking superior health outcomes and a better quality of life for its entire team. With this second edition, ARS Reservas reaffirms its leadership in promoting a healthy work environment and its commitment to being a strategic ally in the well-being of Dominican families.
