According to official sources, the Venezuelan delegation is led by the Minister of Petroleum and Hydrocarbons, Paula Henao, accompanied by the Executive Vice President of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Jovanny Martínez. The main objective of this visit is to strengthen ties with key sector stakeholders and participate in various parallel activities organized by the United States Government.
