New York law enforcement authorities have confirmed the arrest and formal indictment of Tiliek Shamel Thompson, a 41-year-old man identified as the person responsible for the homicide of Lovay Williams, a 27-year-old young mother. The incident came to light on September 6, when police officers went to an apartment located at 535 West 156th Street, near Amsterdam Avenue, to conduct a wellness check.
