JCE and CAPEL present detailed study on electoral abstention in 2024
This Wednesday, the official presentation of an exhaustive study focused on the electoral abstention observed during the 2024 elections in the Dominican Republic will take place. This analysis, carried out by the Center for Electoral Promotion and Assistance (CAPEL) of the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights, arises as a key initiative requested by the Central Electoral Board (JCE) to thoroughly understand the country’s democratic challenges.
