Fanatics Fest 2024: Pros vs. Joes in New York City
The second annual Fanatics Fest will feature the “Fanatics Games”, a “Pros vs. Joes” style competition that will pit 50 athletes, celebrities, and influencers against 50 fanatics.
The fans, who will send their videos through the application, will compete for prizes valued at approximately $2 million.
Sports Skills Competitions
The event will feature eight thematic sports skills competitions, designed to test participants’ dexterity in various disciplines.
- Quarterback skills.
- Basketball shooting (around the world).
- Soccer goal scoring.
- Baseball pitching accuracy.
- Washer-dryer hockey shooting challenge.
- WWE Superstar entrance.
- UFC striking challenge.
- “Closest to the pin” golf challenge.
Confirmed Participants
Among the confirmed athletes to participate are prominent figures in sports.
The list of celebrities and content creators includes Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart, Druski, and IShowSpeed.
Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, and Liv Morgan from WWE have also confirmed their attendance.
Prizes at Stake
Each participant will compete in all events to accumulate points. The first place in the general classification will win $1 million.
The runner-up will take home a Ferrari 812 GTS, while the third-place finisher will get a LeBron James rookie card from Topps Chrome Gold Refractor 2003-04, numbered to 50 and graded 9.5 by Beckett Grading Services.
This last one is the same card that sold for $196,555 at Goldin Auctions in early March.
If a fan fails to place in the top three, the fan with the highest score will receive $100,000.
Date and Place
The Fanatics Fest will take place at the Javits Center in New York from June 20th to 22nd.
