Freeman and Schaeffer, Ejected in Sunday’s Game

In a game played on Sunday in Milwaukee, Colorado outfielder Tyler Freeman and interim manager Warren Schaeffer were ejected in the third inning. It all started when Freeman was struck out after a called third strike. Apparently, the player made some comment to home plate umpire Ramón De Jesús while heading to the dugout. Without a doubt, Jesus kicked Freeman out of the game. Following that, Schaeffer ran out from the dugout. It was observed that the interim manager took something out of his mouth and threw it on the ground. Then, he took off his cap and slammed it against the ground, which led to his own ejection by De Jesús. After the ejection, Schaeffer knelt in the batter’s box and extended his hand over the plate, suggesting that the pitch had been low.
