Seattle Secures Natalie Snodgrass with One-Year Contract

Seattle, the PWHL expansion team, has finalized the signing of forward Natalie Snodgrass to a one-year contract, as announced on Wednesday. Snodgrass, 26, arrives after two seasons with the Ottawa Charge, where he participated in 44 regular season games, accumulating eight points thanks to two goals and six assists. Prior to her time in Ottawa, Snodgrass played a season with the Minnesota Whitecaps of the Premier Hockey Federation, where she tied for the team lead with 20 points. Before her professional career, Snodgrass was captain of the University of Connecticut team in her senior year. During her college career, Snodgrass accumulated 139 points, the product of 70 goals and 69 assists. In addition, she represented the United States at the IIHF Women’s Under-18 World Championship, winning gold medals in 2015 and 2016.

Natalie is a strong skater with the versatility to perform in various roles. She competes with intensity in every shift and brings a constant work ethic, making her a valuable addition to our group. Her ability to adapt in all situations will make her an important piece of our team.
