Banreservas Boosts the National Independence Cycling Tour in its Third Stage

The traditional Vuelta Ciclística Independencia Nacional, in its 47th edition, continues its journey with an exciting third stage. The competition, which started from the Banreservas Tower, extends for 158 kilometers to Rancho Arriba. A total of 110 cyclists, representing 23 teams, are participating in this crucial stage of the sporting event.

Cycling is a sport that involves a lot of sacrifice, a lot of effort and a lot of discipline and with the starting signal that we give today we want you competitors to give your best effort and may the best man win.

Fernando Mir, representing Dr. Leonardo Aguilera, executive president of Banreservas, highlighted the financial institution’s commitment to the well-being of Dominicans through support for sports. Mir congratulated the Dominican Cycling Federation, the organizing committee, and the cyclists for the continued success of this competition. Jorge Blas Díaz, president of the Dominican Cycling Federation, expressed his gratitude to Banreservas for its valuable support in the realization of the Vuelta Ciclística Independencia Nacional, an event of international renown. In the stage’s kickoff event, Nelson Encarnación, Public Relations advisor; Linda Valette, Vice President of Strategic Business Programs; Gustavo Polanco, Senior Director of Personal Business Metropolitan Area, South and East; and Robinson Portorreal, Senior Director of Personal Business Management and Commercial Offices of Banreservas, were present, who placed the team leaders’ shirts. The Vuelta Ciclística Independencia Nacional attracts competitors of diverse nationalities, solidifying itself as a sporting event of great relevance and a tourist attraction.
