John Cena Headlines WWE Premium Event in Indianapolis
The renowned wrestler John Cena will lead a WWE Premium Live Event next month in Indianapolis, which will be broadcast through ESPN’s streaming platform. In this inaugural event, called Wrestlepalooza, Cena will share the ring with prominent figures such as Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, CM Punk, and Drew McIntyre. The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 20th and will begin at 7 p.m. ET at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Rhodes holds the undisputed WWE title, Rollins is the World Heavyweight Champion, and Lynch is the Intercontinental Women’s Champion. This event will mark Cena’s final appearance in Indianapolis. Wrestlepalooza is the first event held under the new five-year agreement between WWE and ESPN, which will bring the Premium Live events to ESPN platforms. Subscribers of the unlimited plan will have access to all WWE Premium Live events as part of their package.Indianapolis hosted the 2025 Royal Rumble, an event that set an attendance record at Lucas Oil Stadium. Tickets for the event will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. ET. Presales will be available on Thursday.
