John Cena to Headline WWE Event in Indianapolis
The renowned wrestler John Cena will lead a WWE Premium Live Event next month in Indianapolis. This special event will be available for streaming on the ESPN platform. Cena will share the ring with prominent figures such as Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, CM Punk, and Drew McIntyre at WWE’s first Wrestlepalooza, scheduled for Saturday, September 20. The event will begin at 7 p.m. ET at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Cody Rhodes, the current undisputed WWE champion, along with Seth Rollins, world heavyweight champion, and Becky Lynch, intercontinental women’s champion, promise an unforgettable show. This event will mark Cena’s last appearance in Indianapolis. This event is the first in the new five-year agreement between WWE and ESPN, which will bring the Premium Live events to ESPN platforms. Subscribers of the unlimited plan will have access to all Premium Live WWE events as part of their package.Indianapolis hosted the 2025 Royal Rumble, setting an attendance record at the nearby Lucas Oil Stadium. Entries for this event will go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m. ET, with presale available on Thursday.
