WWE Comes to ESPN: A New Home for WrestleMania and More
A historic agreement between World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and ESPN will mark a before and after for wrestling fans. Starting in 2026, the most important WWE events, including WrestleMania, will be broadcast exclusively through ESPN’s new direct-to-consumer streaming platform. The announcement, made on Wednesday, details that the agreement covers two-night events such as WrestleMania and SummerSlam, as well as other premium live WWE events, such as Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, and Money in the Bank.WWE will be in charge of producing the events for ESPN platforms, thus ensuring a high-quality viewing experience for fans.WWE has an immense, devoted, and passionate fanbase that we are excited to serve on our new ESPN DTC platform. This agreement, which features WWE’s most important events of the year, reinforces our unprecedented content portfolio and drives our streaming future.

ESPN’s streaming service will launch on August 21st with a monthly price of $29.99 and will retain the name of the linear network: ESPN. This service will allow users to access the seven domestic linear ESPN networks, in addition to ESPN on ABC and other streaming options.
