WWE Comes to ESPN: A New Home for WrestleMania and More

Starting in 2026, wrestling fans will be able to enjoy WrestleMania and other premium WWE events through ESPN’s new direct-to-consumer streaming service. This historic agreement between World Wrestling Entertainment and ESPN promises an unparalleled experience for fans. The agreement, announced this Wednesday, includes two-night events like WrestleMania and SummerSlam. In addition, subscribers will have access to live WWE events such as Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, and Money in the Bank. WWE will be responsible for the production of these events for ESPN platforms, which will become the exclusive home in the United States.

WWE has an immense, dedicated, and passionate fanbase that we are excited to serve on our new ESPN DTC platform. This agreement, which features WWE’s most important events of the year, reinforces our unprecedented content portfolio and drives our broadcasting future.

The agreement also includes the broadcast of pre- and post-event WWE programs for all premium live events. We are proud to reinforce the ‘E’ in ESPN at such an exciting juncture in its direct-to-consumer journey. WWE’s premium live events are renowned for exactly the kind of rich storytelling, incredible feats of athleticism, and must-see cultural experiences that have become synonymous with ESPN. Through our relationship with UFC, we have experienced firsthand how transformative an ESPN presence can be, and we know this will be an exceptional partnership at a time of great innovation for both companies. ESPN’s streaming service will launch on August 21st with a price of $29.99 per month and will retain the name of the linear channel: ESPN. The direct-to-consumer service will allow users to get the seven national linear ESPN channels, plus ESPN on ABC and various other streaming options. WWE events previously streamed on Peacock in 2025.
