Caitlin Clark was unable to participate in the game due to a groin injury. UConn Huskies’ former player, Bueckers, achieved a historic milestone: she became the first player in league history to record a game with more than 25 points, 5 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks, and zero turnovers. After the game, Irving and Bueckers met on the court, where Irving’s daughter wore a Bueckers jersey. The player signed a jersey for Irving, and they both posed for a photo.
