The match, which lasted one hour and twenty-five minutes, saw Sabalenka break Rybakina’s serve on three occasions. At the end of the match, the Belarusian tennis player celebrated with the public, sending kisses and greetings.

Coco Gauff, the third seed, also secured her place in the semifinals with a convincing victory over Laura Siegemund, with a score of 6-3, 6-0. Gauff is looking to advance after her recent participation in the China Open, where she reached the semifinals.
