These stars, who defined an era in Major League Baseball, will be inducted in a historic ceremony that, for the first time, will move outside of the Dominican Republic, with the city of Caguas, Puerto Rico, as the host in December 2026. The XIII Class of immortals stands out for the unanimous recognition of Pujols and Molina, pillars of the St. Louis Cardinals, along with the offensive power of the Dominican Encarnación and the historic consistency of the Venezuelan Ordóñez. This event not only celebrates memorable statistics, such as the 703 home runs of “The Machine” or the defensive mastery of the Puerto Rican catcher, but also reaffirms the cultural and sporting legacy of Latin American nations in professional baseball. Since its founding by Roberto Weill and Rafael Ávila, the Latino Baseball Hall of Fame has served as the guardian of the memory of the region’s best exponents. With this step toward Puerto Rico, the institution begins a new stage, consolidating these four giants as the new benchmarks that inspire future generations of players throughout the Caribbean and the world.
