Issa Kaboré Joins Wrexham on Loan
The footballer Issa Kaboré is set to join Wrexham on a season-long loan from Manchester City. This addition represents a key reinforcement for the team.
Kaboré, 24, will strengthen the team’s options on the right side of the field. His versatility allows him to perform as both a right-back and a wing-back, fitting perfectly into coach Phil Parkinson’s 3-5-2 system.
The player also sparked the interest of Ipswich Town and Leicester City, but it was ultimately Wrexham who secured his signing. Kaboré underwent medical tests on Monday.
The Burkina Faso international arrived at Manchester City in 2020 from Mechelen and has had previous loan experiences at Troyes, Marseille, Luton Town, Benfica and Werder Bremen. He will bring valuable experience in European top-level football to the club.
Wrexham hopes to finalize more moves in the transfer market.
The club has been linked with Ben Sheaf of Coventry City and Zak Vyner of Bristol City, although Vyner’s arrival seems increasingly unlikely.
