Jamie Vardy, a legend of English football, is preparing for a new chapter in his career. The striker, after announcing his departure from Leicester City, will become a free agent this summer.
Vardy scored his 200th goal for Leicester City in his last match with the club. The milestone took place in the Premier League match against Ipswich Town.
The forward demonstrated his goalscoring ability by finishing a pass from James Justin, thus celebrating his 500th match and the end of his time at the club, exactly 13 years after his arrival from Fleetwood Town.
Vardy is considered the best player in Leicester City’s history.

In a recent interview, Vardy stated that he still feels fit to play at the highest level.
I have no doubts, but that’s just me. Football is a crazy world. You never know what’s going to happen. I’ll keep playing until my legs tell me to stop. My legs are fine.
