Tottenham Hotspur captain Cristian Romero will miss the match against Aston Villa due to an injury sustained during the pre-match warm-up.
The Argentinian defender, a key player in the team’s setup, was replaced by Kevin Danso in the starting lineup.
The change was announced shortly before the start of the match in North London.
Micky van de Ven will take over the captaincy of the team in Romero’s absence.
