Manchester United signs Bryan Mbeumo
Manchester United has announced the signing of forward Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford for a sum exceeding 70 million pounds sterling (94 million dollars).
The 25-year-old player joins the club on a long-term contract and becomes United’s second signing of this summer transfer window, following the arrival of striker Matheus Cunha from Wolves.
Mbeumo could debut with United during their pre-season tour of the United States, which consists of three matches. Ruben Amorim’s team is scheduled to travel to the United States on Tuesday to play matches in Chicago, New York, and Atlanta.

After six years at Brentford, the Cameroonian international leaves with a record of 70 goals and 51 assists in 242 matches played with the club.
United were negotiating the signing of Mbeumo for several weeks. During the negotiations, Brentford made it clear that they valued Mbeumo above the £62.5 million paid for Cunha.
