Manchester United are close to finalizing a deal to sign Bryan Mbeumo, following significant progress in negotiations with Brentford. This information comes from sources close to the club.
The international Cameroonian has been United’s priority in recent weeks, before considering other targets. A basic agreement has been established for the 25-year-old player, and negotiations are now focused on add-ons and the payment structure.
United are expected to pay a base fee of around £60 million, with potential bonuses that could raise the deal to £65 million. Mbeumo is awaiting clearance from Brentford to undergo a medical and finalize personal terms.
