Manchester City Strengthens with Tijjani Reijnders

Manchester City has strengthened its midfield with the addition of Tijjani Reijnders, coming from AC Milan, as announced by the club on Wednesday. Reijnders has signed a five-year contract and will be available for the Club World Cup. The City’s first match in the tournament will be on June 18 against Wydad AC of Morocco. This signing joins the recent additions of defender Rayan Aït-Nouri, winger Rayan Cherki, and substitute goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli. The international Dutchman was the midfielder with the most goals and assists in Serie A last season.

I am delighted to sign for Manchester City. City is one of the biggest teams in the world, with the best coach, world-class players and outstanding facilities. With Pep Guardiola, City has won many titles and I want to help maintain that with much more success in the coming years.
