Luis Enrique Avoids the Stands in Upcoming PSG Matches
Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique has revealed that he “wouldn’t dare” to watch his team’s next two matches from the stands. The French giants will face their eternal rival, Olympique de Marseille, in Sunday’s league match at the Stade Vélodrome and then travel to Spain to face FC Barcelona, Luis Enrique’s former club, on October 1st. Luis Enrique watched the first half of Wednesday’s Champions League triumph against Atalanta from the stands instead of being on the sidelines, to get a broader view of the game, as he did in the 2-0 victory against Lens in the league on Sunday. When asked if he intended to do the same when his team visits Marseille and plays in Barcelona, Luis Enrique responded with laughter. Luis Enrique, 55 years old, is wearing a sling on his left arm after breaking his collarbone in a recent bicycle accident.Out of the house? No. I wouldn’t dare. I don’t dare because of my physical integrity, which isn’t the best right now.
