Ludmila Sets NWSL Record with Hat-Trick in Ten Minutes

The outstanding soccer player Ludmila starred in a historic moment in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), scoring three goals in just ten minutes of the second half. This exceptional performance allowed the Chicago Stars FC to tie 3-3 against the North Carolina Courage in a match full of emotions. The match, played on Friday night, saw all its goals concentrated in the second half, with four of them coming in the last fifteen minutes. Despite this draw, the Chicago Stars FC (1-9-7) continues without knowing victory in their last thirteen matches, although they have managed to draw four consecutive matches under the interim direction of coach Ella Masar. The North Carolina Courage (5-6-5), for their part, had achieved a 2-0 lead in the second half. Manaka Matsukubo opened the scoring in the 49th minute with a subtle shot, followed by Tyler Lussi, who extended the lead in the 62nd minute.

Ludmila’s reaction, however, changed the course of the match. In the 76th minute, the Brazilian player scored a spectacular goal, beating four defenders before unleashing a powerful shot from outside the area, putting the score at 2-1. The player equalized the score in the 81st minute, and Jaedyn Shaw put the Courage ahead again with the 3-2 in the 83rd minute. Ludmila, not satisfied, scored the tying goal three minutes later, completing her hat-trick with a header after a corner kick.
