Cristiano Ronaldo Júnior, Cristiano Ronaldo’s eldest son, debuted with Portugal’s under-15 national team this Tuesday. The match resulted in a resounding 4-1 victory over Japan.
The young footballer entered the field in the 54th minute, with Portugal already dominating the scoreboard 3-0 thanks to a hat-trick by Rafael Cabral, a Braga player.
Cristiano Júnior, 14, plays as a forward in the Al Nassr academy.
The match on Tuesday was the first of four that the Portuguese U-15 national team will play in Croatia, as part of the Vlatko Markovic international tournament.
Portugal will face Greece on Wednesday and England on Friday. The tournament will conclude on Sunday against an opponent yet to be determined.
