Chelsea close to signing Garnacho: Advanced negotiations

Chelsea is close to finalizing the signing of Alejandro Garnacho, after intensifying talks with Manchester United. Garnacho, who was informed that he could leave United this summer, has not participated in the team since the end of last season.
