Bryan Mbeumo could leave Brentford this summer, while Yoane Wissa could also finalize his long-awaited transfer, according to statements from team captain Christian Nørgaard.

Both Mbeumo and Wissa have had a standout season for the West London club, scoring 18 goals each in the Premier League.

Both players have been linked with potential exits, with Manchester United seemingly leading the race for Mbeumo, 25.

I think it’s likely that Bryan will leave. I don’t know what will happen with Wissa yet. Everyone expects him to stay.

Mbeumo and Wissa have stood out this season in the absence of Ivan Toney, who joined Al Ahli last summer.

Nørgaard believes Brentford have shown they can adapt in the event that one or both players leave.

I am quite calm about what will happen with Bryan and Wissa. Many questions are asked about them and you can almost feel the concerns around the players, when talking about them possibly leaving us.

The Danish international added that the club has already signed Igor Thiago, who will also cause a sensation in the league.
