Arteta Throws Dart at Liverpool Before Champions League Semi-Final
Mikel Arteta, Arsenal manager, seemed to send a dig at Liverpool, recent Premier League champions, before the second leg of the Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain.
The London team seeks to overcome a 1-0 deficit in Paris on Wednesday, with the aim of reaching their second Champions League final in their history.
The European competition presents itself as the only way for Arsenal to obtain a title this season, after a disappointing league campaign, where they are 15 points behind Liverpool, with three games to play.
Winning trophies is about being in the right place at the right time. Liverpool have won the title with fewer points than we have had in the last two seasons. With the points from the last two seasons, we would have two Premier League titles.

Liverpool were crowned league champions with 82 points, while Arsenal accumulated 89 and 84 points in each of the last two years, finishing in second place.
Despite this, with three games still to play in the season, the Merseyside club could surpass Arsenal’s previous totals.
It should be noted that both teams will face each other at Anfield on Sunday.
Arteta added: “We hope to be in the right place at the right time in Paris and earn the right to be in the final.”
