Licey Tigers Reveal Rotation for the Start of the 2025-26 Season
SANTO DOMINGO – The Tigres del Licey have announced their pitching rotation for the first five games of the 2025-26 season of the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League.
The blue team, with its rich history, prepares for a new campaign with a strategy defined from the start.
The experienced César Valdez, recognized for his outstanding career, will be the starting pitcher in the first game.
This inaugural game will take place on Wednesday the 15th, at 7:30 in the evening, at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal stadium, where the Tigres will receive the Leones del Escogido.
On Thursday the 16th, right-handed pitcher Cameron Gann will make his debut with the team, facing the Gigantes del Cibao at the Julián Javier stadium starting at 7:00 PM.
Paolo Espino will also debut with the Licey, taking the mound on Friday the 17th at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal against the Giants, with the game scheduled for 7:30 PM.
Radhamés Liz will take the responsibility of starting the game on Saturday the 18th, when the Licey visits the Leones at the Ensanche Quisqueya stadium, starting at 4 in the afternoon.
Albert Abreu will be in charge of opening the game on Sunday the 19th at the Cibao stadium in Santiago de los Caballeros, facing the Águilas Cibaeñas from four in the afternoon.
