Zay Flowers Recovers and Aims High with the Ravens
Baltimore Ravens star wide receiver Zay Flowers has confirmed that he is fully recovered from the knee injury that kept him out of last season’s playoffs. The player expressed his optimism and confidence heading into the upcoming season.
Flowers, who was selected for the Pro Bowl last season, was quarterback Lamar Jackson’s primary target, leading the team with 74 receptions and 1,059 receiving yards. The knee injury occurred during the last regular season game against the Cleveland Browns, which prevented him from participating in the postseason games, a situation he described as “very tough”.My knee feels great. I feel 100%. I feel ready for the season. No limits.

Despite the injury, Flowers avoided surgery and recovered through rehabilitation. Now, the receiver seeks to become the first Ravens player to achieve consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons since Derrick Mason.
Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken highlighted Flowers’ importance to the team, praising his route-running skills and his ball-in-hand prowess.
In addition to the preseason practices in Baltimore, Flowers has been working with Jackson in private workouts in Florida, refining their timing and details on routes.
Despite the possibility of participating in the 2028 Olympic Games in flag football, Flowers has expressed his focus on traditional American football and his desire to win a Super Bowl.
