Jalen Suggs Ejected After Altercation in Magic vs. 76ers Game
Jalen Suggs, Orlando Magic player, was ejected with 27 seconds left in the first half of Tuesday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The ejection came after Suggs received two technical fouls during a heated altercation between both teams. Tension flared when 76ers’ Andre Drummond pulled on Orlando’s Wendell Carter Jr.’s jersey. This triggered a scuffle near the Magic’s free throw line, although no punches were thrown. Suggs intervened by pushing Drummond. Jabari Walker, from Philadelphia, got between the players, and Suggs also faced off with Walker, which led to more pushing.
The Magic dominated the second quarter, outscoring Philadelphia by 26 points in that period and going into halftime with an 86-60 lead. Orlando finally won the match with a score of 144-103.In my opinion, getting into it is a bit too much, so that’s what happened at that moment. I don’t regret it. I will defend my brother every time. I will accept the fine. I don’t think he should have been ejected, but I accept it. I’m not going to argue the decision, so we move on. I don’t hold a grudge against anyone.
