Jarabacoa – The community deeply regrets the passing of Mr. Mamoru Hidaka, a key figure in local history and a member of the founding family of the Japanese Agricultural Colony of Jarabacoa. The funeral services are being held this Wednesday the 4th, starting at 10:00 in the morning at the Blandino Funeral Home, located on Abraham Lincoln Avenue. Subsequently, at 3:00 in the afternoon, his remains will be transferred to the Cristo Redentor Cemetery to receive Christian burial.
