Rogers, who joined the team as a free agent in February, anticipates a performance superior to that of last year, when several key pitchers faced restrictions from their Major League organizations.The team will have a high-caliber starting rotation, led by Enny Romero, the current winner of the Pitcher of the Year award, and Luis Moreno, Rookie of the Year in the previous season.
