Fedotenis Crowns the Champions of the 2026 National Youth Tournament
The Dominican Tennis Federation (Fedotenis) announced the names of the champions of the II National Youth Tournament 2026, Grade 1, which took place last weekend at the National Tennis Center of Parque del Este. More than 60 young tennis players competed in this high-level event.
The tournament, supervised by Francisco de los Santos, included the U10, U12 and U14 categories, attracting a large number of spectators who enjoyed each day.Featured Results by Category
In the U10 male category, Dylan Turbí Álvarez took first place, defeating Levin Habl [2] with a score of 4-1 and 4-1. In U12, Dylan Canario [1] obtained the title after an exciting match against Oscar Cañizares [2], with a final result of 6-4, 2-6 and 11-9. In the U14 category, Eliezer Santos [1] was crowned champion by defeating Mattias Cabral [4] with partials of 6-4 and 6-2.Female Domain in the Tournament
In the female branch, Ana Gómez stood out in the U10, defeating Aihnara Vásquez [2] with a score of 4-0 and 5-4 (4). Amanda Pichardo demonstrated her talent by dominating the U12 category. Elaine Martínez [1] was crowned champion of the U14 female, after defeating Mia Kislitsyn by 6-1 and 6-1.
The event was sponsored by institutions that supported the development and success of the tournament.
Fedotenis announced that the III National Youth Tournament Grade 1 will be held on April 25th and 26th at the Centro Español de Santiago, with singles and doubles competitions in all categories and in both genders.
