Doncic and Antetokounmpo lead All-Star Game 2026 voting

Stars Luka Doncic and Giannis Antetokounmpo lead the fan voting for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, according to the latest report released by the league this Tuesday. The Slovenian Doncic, a prominent figure for the Los Angeles Lakers, leads the Western Conference with a total of 2,229,811 votes, the highest number so far. In the Eastern Conference, the Greek Antetokounmpo, of the Milwaukee Bucks, holds the first place with 2,092,284 votes. The All-Star Game will take place on February 15th at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, home of the Los Angeles Clippers. Fan voting, which will be open until January 14th, represents 50% of the process of selecting the starters, while the remaining percentage is divided between players and a panel of journalists. For this edition, the event will present a new format, where international players will be part of one of the three participating teams, while the other two will be made up of American players. The teams will face each other in 12-minute matches, culminating in a final of equal duration.

So far, the third player with the most support is the Serbian Nikola Jokic, of the Denver Nuggets, with 1,998,560 votes.

In the Western Conference, Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder), and Victor Wembanyama (San Antonio Spurs) also stand out among the most voted. LeBron James is in eighth place with 1,059,855 votes. In the East, New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson is the highest-ranked American, with 1,916,497 votes, followed by Tyrese Maxey (Philadelphia 76ers), Cade Cunningham (Detroit Pistons), and Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland Cavaliers).
