Cañeros del Este Defeat Titanes del Sur in Thrilling LNB Match
In an encounter full of emotions, the Cañeros del Este defeated the Titanes del Sur with a final score of 102-96 at the Eleoncio Mercedes sports complex. Yeison Colomé led the Cañeros’ offense with an outstanding performance.
Colomé was the key figure of the match, accumulating 34 points with an impressive 64% field goal efficiency (14/22) and 43% in three-pointers (3/7). In addition, he distributed 6 assists, contributing significantly to the seventh victory of the season for the Cañeros.

In the third quarter, a basket by Blanco extended the Cañeros’ lead to 12 points, but the Titans managed to get closer. The Cañeros’ defense secured a 9-point lead at the end of the third period.
In the final quarter, the Titans’ defensive pressure intensified, closing the score with a three-pointer by Araujo. However, the Cañeros, thanks to their performance from the free-throw line, managed to maintain the lead and secure the victory.
