SeNaSa Case 2.0: 13 defendants admit to the facts before the Public Prosecutor’s Office
Within the framework of the judicial process for the SeNaSa 2.0 case, Deputy Prosecutor Wilson Camacho reported that 13 of the defendants have acknowledged their participation in the investigated events during the hearing for the request of coercive measures.
The Public Ministry representative detailed that, after evaluating the collaborative attitude of the defendants, house arrest was formally requested for nine of them. This decision is based on the remorse expressed by the accused and the apologies offered before the court, elements that were positively valued by the case prosecutors.

A portion of those involved has collaborated with the Public Prosecutor’s investigation and we, being consistent, as we have done in all cases, to the extent that people show remorse, admit the facts, and even apologized before the court.

Camacho emphasized that requesting a less burdensome measure does not imply, under any circumstances, the cessation of criminal action or the conclusion of the process. According to the authorities at Alofoke Deportes, these actions are considered a preliminary step within the procedural strategy, where the cooperation of the accused allows for a variation in the request for coercion, but the case continues its legal course against all those involved.
