Strengthening waste collection
In addition to infrastructure works, the municipal administration announced a significant improvement in the cleaning service. Next week, the city council will receive a fleet of 32-yard collection trucks, which will be integrated into work routes to reinforce efficiency in solid waste management.
Faced with this operational deployment, Mayor Peña made an appeal to civic awareness, urging residents to maintain hygiene in public spaces. The official emphasized that, although the city council maintains a firm commitment to garbage collection, it is essential that citizens act responsibly and avoid throwing waste in the streets.
