Punta Cana bets on longevity medicine with a new specialized clinic
Punta Cana continues its evolution as an international destination by integrating a new pillar into its offering: preventive, precision, and longevity medicine. The Paseo del Sendero Group has announced a strategic alliance with Servisalud QCL to operate the health center within Chukum Lagoon & Residences, located in Vistacana. This Longevity Clinic is projected to open its doors in 2027, serving both local residents and foreign visitors.
The project’s approach focuses on a highly personalized care model. Through individual assessment and constant monitoring, the medical team will analyze critical aging factors, such as biomarkers, microbiome, hormonal balance, nutrition, sleep patterns, physical activity, and stress management.
Medical leadership with a scientific vision
Scientific and medical direction will be under the responsibility of Dr. Giovanni Navarro Téllez, an expert with more than 15 years of experience in clinical management, auditing, and strategic planning. Under his leadership, the center seeks to transform the current paradigm, moving from reactive medicine to a proactive one based on rigorous scientific evidence.
We do not promise to reverse age; we measure and work on what, according to evidence and each person’s characteristics, is susceptible to improvement. In longevity, there is a lot of marketing and little evidence. We want people to be able to know what we base our work on and what we really know.
