Nido case hearing postponed: New date set for September
The judicial process known as the Nido case, which involves the company Indisarq, has experienced a new delay. The hearing that was scheduled for today was postponed by the court due to health reasons affecting one of the plaintiff parties.
According to confirmed information, the victim submitted a duly validated medical leave, which made their attendance impossible and forced judicial authorities to reschedule the meeting. The new date to resume the hearing of the case has been set for next September 23rd.
