Sports initiative: New York residents will be able to purchase tickets at affordable prices for the US Open
With the goal of democratizing access to elite sporting events, an initiative has been announced that will allow New York residents to enjoy the US Open at a reduced cost. Thanks to a strategic agreement, 1,000 tickets have been reserved at a fixed price of 100 dollars each.
The initiative, promoted to bring citizens closer to the great stages of world tennis, seeks to eliminate the economic barriers that usually prevent the local public from accessing the most important matches of the tournament.
Sale details and stadium access
According to official information, the sales process will begin on Wednesday, August 26th at 10:00 AM, local time. Interested parties should take into account the following conditions to make the purchase:

This measure is in addition to a series of previous efforts aimed at fostering sports culture in the city. Previously, similar actions were implemented during the preparation for the 2026 World Cup, where access to tickets and transportation was facilitated for the inhabitants of the Big Apple.
The US Open, which takes place from August 23 to September 14, continues to consolidate itself as one of the most anticipated events on the calendar, bringing together the top tennis stars in an atmosphere of high competition and sporting passion.
