The action took place following a judicial order that allowed for the intervention of his residence located in an exclusive residential complex in the area.

During the raid, the authorities carried out an exhaustive collection of evidence, managing to seize an arsenal and a significant sum of foreign currency that was in the possession of the foreigner. Among the items seized, the following stand out:

- US$34,200 in cash.
Legal procedure
The intervention was executed under court order number 2026-AJ0085235, derived from request 2026-R1391654. Kahle is currently in police custody while the relevant investigations are carried out to determine the origin of the weapons and funds found on his property.
