CBS Developments celebrates 25 years of history with expansion in Punta Cana
The construction company CBS Developments commemorated its 25th anniversary in the Dominican Republic with a special event, where it reaffirmed its commitment to the national real estate sector. The activity served as a stage to present the second phase of its Velero at Punta Cana project, consolidating its growth plans in the most important tourist area of the country.
The meeting was attended by prominent representatives of the financial sector, real estate brokers, and collaborators, who gathered to learn about the company’s milestones and its future strategic bets. Carlos Bonilla, the firm’s general director, highlighted how the company’s evolution has been marked by a human approach aimed at improving the quality of life for Dominican families.

Velero at Punta Cana: New real estate phase
During the event, José Martí, commercial director of the developer, announced the details of the second phase of Velero at Punta Cana. This complex, strategically located on the Boulevard Turístico del Este, has been designed under standards of connectivity, modernity, and a privileged location, responding to the high demand of the residential and vacation market in the area.

The anniversary was also the ideal space to highlight the human value that has driven the company during these two and a half decades. Five collaborators were awarded for their outstanding trajectory and professional performance within the organization:
