The Pacific Ring of Fire encompasses an extensive list of nations that constantly experience this type of geological activity, among which the following stand out:
- Chile, Argentina and Bolivia
- Peru, Colombia and Panama
- Costa Rica, Nicaragua and El Salvador
- Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico
- United States and Canada
The constant vigilance of relief agencies is fundamental in Ecuador, a country that remains on permanent alert due to the dynamic nature of its territory within the Ring of Fire.
