Stephanie Kyriacou Stars in Double Ace at the Women’s Open Championship
In the recent Women’s Open Championship held at Royal Porthcawl, golfer Stephanie Kyriacou had an outstanding performance, marking the tournament with two memorable moments related to “aces”.
Kyriacou not only achieved the first hole-in-one of the championship, but was also involved in the second, indirectly but crucially.
During the final round, Mimi Rhodes of England achieved a spectacular hole-in-one on the fifth hole, a par 3. Rhodes’ shot impacted Kyriacou’s ball, changing its trajectory and directing it straight into the hole.
Fate willed that Rhodes’ ball, without contact with Kyriacou’s, would possibly have continued rolling beyond the hole.
Previously, in the second round on Friday, Kyriacou had achieved a hole-in-one on the eighth hole, demonstrating his skill and precision on the course.
