Hamilton calls speculation about Horner and Ferrari “distracting”
British driver Lewis Hamilton has expressed his opinion on the rumors linking Christian Horner to a possible position at Ferrari, calling them “distractions”. Rumors suggest that former Red Bull boss Christian Horner could be in talks with Ferrari to join the team in a management role. Hamilton, who is preparing for the United States Grand Prix, commented on the situation. “I don’t know where the rumors are coming from, so I can’t shed much light on that.”When asked if there was any truth to the reports and if it would be a good idea for Horner to become team principal, Hamilton responded firmly: “No, and I’m not going to feed those [rumors].”These things, of course, are not useful. I know everyone in the factory is working incredibly hard, focused, and these kinds of rumors can sometimes be distracting.
