Hamilton Sets the Pace in the British Grand Prix Practice
Lewis Hamilton led the first practice session on Friday at the British Grand Prix. The British driver, the most successful at Silverstone and winner of last year’s race, set a lap time of 1:26.892.
Hamilton beat Lando Norris by just 0.023 seconds, while Oscar Piastri, who is competing for the championship, placed third.
Charles Leclerc, Hamilton’s teammate at Ferrari, finished in fourth position.
